My blog is pretty laid back. I like to share jokes, recipes, books I've read, photos I've taken, day-to-day vignettes, and odd or fascinating items. All with a splash of humor. CURRENT HEADER PHOTO: My sister's famous cherry cookies.
Very lovely! How often we miss the view behind us! And, this one should not be missed!

Hind sight IS 20/20!
Lots of planes.
Beautiful sunset even a tiny one in a mirror.
I learn something new every time that I come here! They are called contrails?
Nice Pat! I want you to know that because of you I now keep my camera out when we're driving -- but I've never gotten any of the great shots that you do. Ah well -- something to aim for (a good thing at my age )
Nice sunset! Thanks for stopping by. Come visit again soon!
You have such an artistic eye! I never would have thought of taking a picture of the side mirror! :) Hugs!
How sad! Four years in Tempe and I never once went to the mesa swap meet. I never even knew about it! I was too busy trapped in my own world of aspirational yuppyism to venture into a world of awesome. Ahh well, maybe next time I go back to visit. Such a cool place it seems to be. Hell, seeing how much stuff I had to get rid of when I left college there might even be some of my old things there!
