Signs - A Blast from the Past
I love this 50's-looking sign of this local restaurant in central Illinois. It would be cool to get a shot of it with the lights on, but I don't think they are open for dinner any more.

It's definitely got a 50's look about it. At least it doesn't hit you in the face like some signs.

This comes at the perfect time because just this week I was made to feel antique when someone said that their school when they started was SO LONG ago that they had to use books and had to e-mail their answers in and get their grades back by [gasp] e-mail!!!! Oh my goodness! The horror! Like, we even HAD electric typewriters when I was in school let alone the internet!!!! Cripes do I feel ancient! LOL
