My blog is pretty laid back. I like to share jokes, recipes, books I've read, photos I've taken, day-to-day vignettes, and odd or fascinating items. All with a splash of humor. CURRENT HEADER PHOTO: My sister's famous cherry cookies.

Signs - VIP Burial
I'm joining Signs, Signs sponsored by Leslie. Click here to see more signs.
That sign is so confusing! I thought it meant that Paul Revere was killed in the Boston Massacre. Here is another sign with the names of the actual victims:
For clarification of the sign, it is a LIST of various people who are buried at this cemetery: The Victims of the Boston Massacre, ALSO the parents of Benjamin Franklin, etc. The line on the sign separates the Boston Massacre Victims from the others.
I know; I figured that out eventually. I guess I'm a little slow at times. LOL. I enjoy your signs and posts from here and there. I keep learning as I check them out.

ReplyDeleteWow, just seeing a burial ground from 1660 is sobering. and it was in use for almost a hundred years before the massacre.
