ReplyDeleteI was once driving the Handi Trans bus with an elderly lady on board. She had been born in Pickering and live there all her life. We were going past one of the historic landmark buildings when she pointed to it an said "you used to be able to rent ladies there." I knew exactly what she meant. I thought it was cute how she described it.
