My blog is pretty laid back. I like to share jokes, recipes, books I've read, photos I've taken, day-to-day vignettes, and odd or fascinating items. All with a splash of humor. CURRENT HEADER PHOTO: "The Bean" in Millenium Park, downtown Chicago
The sign could be a little distracting, but it is unusual.
Gets your attention though -- so it doesn't just become part of the background. Not to be redundant, but I LOVE your header shot.
Weird ! But funny ! Have a good day !
seriously???? that's funny, though.www.ewok1993.wordpress.com
That sign maker has a sense of humor. Imagine getting a speeding ticket for going 1/2 mph over the limit.
I guess it's to get people to pay attention! Very funny sign. Got a smile from me. :D
people around here do more that that in their driveways!I want a sign like thatit's fantastic
Oh gosh! I NEEDED that laugh!
Simple, Pat. :) 14 1/2 MPH is the maximum speed that a golf cart will go. LOLSeriously though, I've never seen so many golf carts on the public streets as in Phoenix and Scotsdale. In Texas, unless they are street legal and licensed they are to stay off the streets.See you again tomorrow for 'things in a row.' I've got mine up tonight...
I can't even figure out when the needle on the speedometer would point.Yeah, how did they come up with that number!
I think it's an attention getter for speeders. And there's lots of them.
lol the 1/2 mph cracks me up...my speedometer does not measure fractions....
We have one that says 19 1/2 MPH here in town. I do not get it. Maybe just to make the drivers more ale at. Like yours...now I need to take a shot of mine for a followup. genie
My speed limit is 10, not that people actually read it and obey. But when we bought the park, the speed limit sign was 1.5! The previous owners had a 15 mph sign and added the decimal point. I winder if anyone tried to obey that one!
That is funny!
Oh my! That sure is different!
LOVE it - - - 14 1/2 MPH - - very funny!
