My blog is pretty laid back. I like to share jokes, recipes, books I've read, photos I've taken, day-to-day vignettes, and odd or fascinating items. All with a splash of humor. CURRENT HEADER PHOTO: My sister's famous cherry cookies.

Signs - Ouch!
Not only is this sign in poor taste; it is also graphic and to the point. (No pun intended!)
Oh wow....and ouch. Still, the sign gets people talking about it and you no what they say, 'there's no such thing as bad publicity!' lol
Reminds me of a commercial that I saw for a place that does vasectomies on the Cape. They run a commercial during March Madness that they'll give you coupons for free pizza if you have the procedure done, so that you can relax at home and watch the games while recovering. The one at Valentines Day offered a free box of chocolates for the man's significant other.
I must confess that I like it! You have to admit that it gets right to the heart of the matter ..... and they offer "advanced" solutions.
Love your header! I almost bought some asters just like the ones in your photo last year. I am so sorry I didn't, as I can't find any this year at Walmart. All they have are some sad looking mums they are offering at half price.
I agree with others.... Ouch! Love the headere, Pat.
Thank you so much for your good wishes re hubby. I'm back, albeit on an irregular basis. Maybe I'll blog once a week for a while just to keep my hand in.
i cringed....i will be honest...haha
ReplyDeleteGood grief, the people where you live come up with some crazy billboards!

not all billboards are winners
ReplyDeleteOn a long journey it is fun to read the billboards. Some can be quite imaginative.
ReplyDeleteEek!
ReplyDeleteWho comes up with these? Should we worry about them?
ReplyDeleteMy hemorrhoids are pain in the ass. :)
ReplyDeleteIf they're offering a better, safer way to take care of the problem, good for them and the patient!

I'm a little confused about the 'Flower Mound'?
ReplyDeletebut, I agree, it is a little too graphic.

a good service for those who need it but possibly not ideal for advertising on a billboard!
ReplyDeleteFunny billboard, but ugh on hemorrhoids. :/ Sufferers should have their own support group!
ReplyDeleteHmmmm... not very discrete!
ReplyDeleteI think it's meant to appeal to drivers.
ReplyDeleteWho are sitting down.
Youch!
Makes me hurt just looking at those pins. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the autumn header!
Ouch!
ReplyDeleteBrian Miller cringed, I clintched...lol
ReplyDeleteThis one makes my stomach quiver. Quite the find. genie
