Thursday's Things in a Row

This week's photos are still from my visit to Gordman's Store.

Polly want a cracker?

Updated version of the plastic flamingo - nice metal ones!

Who wouldn't want to cook when you have these adorable ceramic smiley measuring spoons?

Metal stars just in time for Independence Day!

Are these wild or what? Serving trays and bowls, when you're hungry enough to eat a, uh, zebra!

Show me what 'cha got!

Great captures, Pat. I really like the parrots. I wonder if they're made over here.

You did good, Pat. Plastic birds are my kind, I'll take three. My son drew a pink plastic flamingo in a white elephant Christmas gift party. He liked it so much he wouldn't trade it when he had a chance.

Love your photography, your humor and our friendship. Been away too long on these housing projects but plan on visiting more often. Hugs to you my friend.

Birds, I love the birds. The real ones and the fake ones! My Killdeer have decided to stay on at the kampground. I had a little chat with Hildee just yesterday. The babies like to wander through the cattails by the pond and I can hear the parents' constant "dweeb, dweeb" as they teach their young. Hildee will come pretty close to me as I garden. I think she my know who I am!

You make ordinary things - - which these aren't - - - look extraordinary. And these items make me smile when I see them. That flamingo is fun.
