Like Rae, I can almost picture you shaking like a Chihuahua. It is funny because some of it reminded me of my childhood.

I never learned to swim either, I was one of those kids with constant ear infections and getting water in my ears was a no no.

I do like boating, whitewater rafting and the ocean but don't get me in deep water. My hubby on the other hand is a certified SCUBA diver and half fish.SquirrelQueenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00634513897599275287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7502516942818340638.post-57488834952805789422009-08-14T12:09:47.425-05:002009-08-14T12:09:47.425-05:00OMG - too funny. I love reading your posts.

My high school did not have a pool and I never learned how to really swim either. I can tread water and I can keep myself afloat, if I'm not in panic mode.Teresahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09028107053575111027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7502516942818340638.post-22713520522695456352009-08-13T12:59:27.241-05:002009-08-13T12:59:27.241-05:00OMG...too funny! I still have nightmares!
Love your posts.
Sunny :)Sunnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04743103444717771768noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7502516942818340638.post-31576044667166768402009-08-13T12:43:17.777-05:002009-08-13T12:43:17.777-05:00I can almost picture you shaking like a scared hai...I can almost picture you shaking like a scared hairless Chihuahua. That part is funny but the fear of water is not. I love swimming and water but my husband is like you -won't go close to any water except to bathe. It sure limits our vacation plans. I always have to do an ocean getaway by myself.

At least right now you are safe from a tsunami. If one gets this far inland we all better say some prayers.Raehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04858158707328118375noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7502516942818340638.post-16767411074169092342009-08-13T10:11:52.724-05:002009-08-13T10:11:52.724-05:00Sorry, folks!
